I obtained my RCRT accreditation after completing the approved foot reflexology training from the Reflexology Association of Canada in March 2012, and have since been practicing reflexology full-time. On June 14, 2012, I launched Réflexe Santé, a recognized micro-clinic specializing in therapeutic reflexology.

I later completed my hand reflexology certification in September 2013 and, a few months later, earned my teaching license to deliver the approved reflexology training program.

During my studies, I had the privilege of being mentored by Nelie — an extraordinary person, friend, and mentor who generously shared her vast knowledge with me. Nelie has been practicing reflexology for over 40 years, a craft she learned from her grandmother, a reflexologist in her native Philippines.

I am also a graduate of the University of Ottawa in Nursing Sciences (1985) and worked as a Registered Nurse in the hospital sector. Between my two careers in healthcare, I also taught in private schools.

Today, I continue to expand my knowledge in the fields of natural health and nutrition. My goals are to help people achieve their health objectives, to train future reflexology therapists, and to raise awareness about this therapy, which deserves to be better known in our region.
