Initiation to reflexology

Personal interest course

(7 hours)

Learn about reflexology and how you can use it on yourself and your close ones. This one day workshop focuses on the two principle reflex zones of the body, the feet and hands. Personal interest courses are for anyone with an interest in reflexology without committing to the full diploma course or wishing to take it up as a career.

The day will be very informative, interesting and great fun. The knowledge gained on these days will enable you to help your family and friends alongside being able to work some areas on the feet.

These workshops are offered for groups of two participants and up to a maximum of three groups or six people per workshop.

2023 Workshop schedule:

Tuesday February 28th from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Course structure:

Reflexology explained (history, principle and benefits)
The reflex zones as identified by the foot and hand charts
Applied reflexology (demonstration and practice)

Cost

The cost is 350$ per participant
Handouts are provided as part of the course fees.

Workshop dates are adapted to the groups needs and determined between the participants and Réflexe Santé.

  • The fee is payable at registration. Réflexe Santé reserves the right to cancel the course if the minimum participation number (2 participants) isn’t reached before the schedule course date.
  • The money is refundable only if the course is cancelled.
